How does the customer management work?

When importing from the Jimdo store, duplicates of customers may occur. The reason is that the Jimdo store does not provide user accounts. With every order the customer has to enter his data again.
When importing orders PamBill compares the customer data with already placed orders. If the customer is found, only the updated data will be imported. This gives you a neat customer overview, without many duplicate entries.
In PamBill you can of course also enter or edit your customers manually. You can also export your contacts (in CSV format) and use them in another application.
