PamBill offers the possibility to cancel an invoice. The prerequisite is that this invoice has not yet been paid.

However, if an order has already been paid, PamBill will create a credit note. You can download this as a PDF or send it by e-mail.

Note: Partial credit notes are currently not supported (exception is the order import from Shopify). A solution would be to cancel or credit the current invoice and then create a new invoice manually (the customer data is already in PamBill).
