PamBill offers the option to print a text block on each invoice. For example, if you want to inform your customers that the goods can only be picked up at certain times or that you are not open on certain days. Of course, this field can also be used for promotional texts.

The following steps describe how to edit the free text:

1. Click on "Settings" in the upper right corner.
2. Click on "Billing options".
3. Scroll down to "Additional settings".
4. Select "PDF Settings".
5. Enter your text in the box titled "Free text".

Note: With the option "Show free selectable text", you can enable or disable the text on all invoices across the board.
